Interview with Dr. Carol Glasser

It doesn’t matter whether Carol Glasser is at her computer or behind a bullhorn—as long as she is acting with purpose to directly and positively affect the world around her she considers the day a success. She received her BA from Tulane University and her PhD in sociology at the University of California, Irvine. Carol expresses her feminist vegan musings in the streets, on her blog, and just about anywhere she goes. She serves on the editorial team of the Journal for Critical Animal Studies, and the board of Band of Mercy Los Angeles. Carol loves her feline companions Bug and Oliver. She is also fond of hiking, baking, tater tots, and good beer.
